Getting Started

How do I create a wholesale account?
Register at our site and provide your business information and resale certificate. Once submitted, our team will review your application.
How long does account approval take?
Typically 1-2 business days. You'll receive an email once your account has been approved.
Do I need a resale certificate?
Yes, a resale certificate is required for tax exemption. You can sign up without one, but you'll need to provide it before placing your first order.

Ordering

What is the minimum order?
There is no minimum order required. You can order as few or as many cards as you need.
What are the card prices?
Wholesale price is $2.99 per card. Each card comes with an envelope and cellophane wrap, ready for shelf placement.
Can I pay by check?
Yes! Select "Pay by Check" at checkout. Your order will ship after the check payment clears.
What is custom branding?
On orders of $500 or more, you can add your business logo to the back of every card at no extra charge. Once your logo is set up, custom branding is included on all future orders at any order size.
What are the volume discounts?
Discounts are available on larger orders. Check the checkout page for current volume discount tiers.

Shipping

How much is shipping?
Free shipping on orders of $100 or more. Otherwise: $1.00 for 1 card, $3.50 for 2-15 cards, and $7.95 for 16+ cards.
How long does shipping take?
Estimated lead times vary by order size and are shown at checkout. Orders ship via USPS or UPS within the continental United States.
Can I track my order?
Yes! Tracking numbers appear on your My Orders page once your order has shipped.

Account

How do I update my shipping address?
Go to your Account page to update your shipping address and other business details.
Can I reorder previous orders?
Yes! Click the "Reorder" button on any past order in your My Orders page to add those items to your cart.
I forgot my password
Use the "Forgot Password" link on the login page to reset your password via email.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
Contact us within 30 days at info@learngrowplayb2b.com for damaged or incorrect items. We'll replace or refund at our discretion.
How long do refunds take?
Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear on your original payment method.
