1. Wholesale Account Access
Access to the wholesale ordering portal requires an approved account. Access is intended for legitimate business customers purchasing greeting cards for resale. We reserve the right to revoke access at any time for any reason.
2. Products and Pricing
Greeting cards are sold at competitive wholesale prices. Pricing details are available after account approval.
Each card comes with an envelope and cellophane wrap, ready for retail display
Prices are subject to change without notice; however, any orders placed before a price change will be honored at the original price
Product images on the Site are representative; slight variations in color may occur due to printing processes and monitor settings
3. Order Minimums
There is no minimum order amount
There is no minimum quantity per individual card design
4. Shipping
Free shipping on qualifying orders
Affordable flat-rate shipping on all other orders
Orders are shipped within the continental United States via USPS or UPS
Processing and delivery times vary based on order size

5. Custom Branding
Qualifying orders are eligible for free custom branding — your business logo printed on the back of every card
Once your logo is set up, custom branding is included on all future orders
A high-resolution graphics file is required (PNG, SVG, or PDF at 300+ DPI)
Custom branding may increase lead time on your order
Custom branding is offered on a per-order basis and is subject to availability
We reserve the right to decline logos that are low resolution, contain inappropriate content, or are not suitable for printing
6. Payment
All payments are processed securely through Stripe
We accept major credit and debit cards
Payment is collected at the time of order
All prices are in US Dollars (USD)
7. Returns and Refunds
If you receive damaged or defective cards, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue
We will replace damaged or defective cards at no charge, or issue a refund at our discretion
Returns of undamaged merchandise may be accepted within 30 days of delivery in original, unopened packaging, subject to a restocking fee
Custom-branded orders (with your logo) are non-refundable unless defective
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to our error
8. Intellectual Property
All card designs, artwork, images, and content on this Site are the property of Learn Grow Play and are protected by copyright
Wholesale customers may resell our cards through their retail channels
Reproducing, copying, or creating derivative works from our card designs is strictly prohibited
Product images from this Site may not be used for online resale without written permission
9. Resale Terms
Cards purchased at wholesale are intended for resale in physical retail locations or at events
Online resale is permitted with prior written approval — please contact us to discuss
Retailers may set their own retail pricing
10. Limitation of Liability
Learn Grow Play provides products and services "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.
